Late cancellations and no-shows
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before pick-up are refunded minus one rental day. If you do not show up and do not notify us, the reservation is not refundable.
Flight delays
If you share your flight number we track it and hold your car for delays at no extra cost.
How refunds are paid
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. For purchases made with Affirm or Klarna, the refund is applied to your loan with that provider under their terms.
Our guarantee
If we fail to deliver your reserved vehicle (or an equivalent one) at the agreed place and time, you receive a full refund.
